Our Story

Our industry was in a rut, and we didn’t like it anymore.
We couldn’t find meaning in the industry’s stagnant approach to benefits. It seemed that wellbeing wasn't really at the heart of a lot of benefits programs, and we knew this wasn’t helping our clients support their people.​
Starting out as the corporate benefits arm of Stanford Brown we forged out on our own and became Benefit3. Using these strong foundations, we stood up and said, “let’s take benefits and financial wellbeing to a whole other level”.​
We built a dynamic service offering, partnering with the best and using the three pillars of wellbeing; mind, body and finances. We took our idea to the companies that cared about their people and we watched these companies and people flourish.​
We continue our relentless approach to benefits, ensuring that the wellbeing of people is at the core of any program we design – all to help our clients unlock the most out of their people.​
